Christine Lagarde, minister of Economy, Industry and Job and Laurent Wauquiez, Secretary of State charged with Job introduced, on July 23rd in Council of ministers, a communication relating to the reform of professional training.
On the basis of jobs of the working party chaired by Mr Pierre Ferracci, the Government prepared, aimed at the social partners, a document of direction itemising four axles of reform on which interprofessional negotiation will be able to get involved.

• First axle: improve link between training and job.

• Second axle: construct a more fair system allowing to reduce the inequality of access to the training to the advantage of the wage earners of SMES, not much qualified wage earners and young people taken out without skills of the school system.

• Third axle: return the system of more efficient professional training.

• Fourth axle: make the individual actor of his professional course.
