Call to plans European SMES and research

The general management " Entreprise et industrie " of the European Commission publishes a call to proposals Research for SMES , the coming from the programme " Capacity " of the 7th PCRD (Programs research frame and development).
This call to plans is aimed at allowing the SMES without the capacity to conduct searches themselves to subcontract job to the actors of research as universities, research centres and the industrial firms .
The deadline for this call to plans is on December 3rd, 2009.
