As every year, the Union of Jobs and of the Industries of Hotel business (UMIH) of Adorns it invited his followers as well as every
professionals proprietors, hotelkeepers, restaurateurs, farmers of dance halls and caterers in his Annual General meeting, in a place
emblematic of Tourism in Adorns it: The National Stud farm of the Pine.
After adoption unanimously of the financial return and the report of activity 2007, a new Directorate was elected.
Two strong instants succeeded this Statuary General meeting:

• A conference on topic: The said Law TEPA , enlivened by GENEVI VE ROY, social diplomatist for UMIH. She introduced the different measures of this law, and enclosed her intervention by introducing succinctly the social files on which National UMIH has classes of negotiation (grid of classification, grid of wages).

• A conference on topic Mutations and perspectives of commercial restoration , enlivened by Bernard Boutboul, Manager of the GIRA SIC ADVICE. He displayed key figures of consumption, new tendencies, necessary adaptations to be taken into account to restart his activity. MICHEL BRUNEAU, ancient Restaurateur, who has managed an establishment for a long time in distinguished Caen of two stars to the guide Michelin, announced his vision and official reports concerning evolution at the same time of job and waitings of the consumers in the course of 20 last years. He recalled the changes which he receives in behaviours of consumption but also at the professionals in the approach of their kitchen. At the end of presentation, a broad place was reserved for the questions of the participants.

This v nementiel appointment occasioned the participants to meet the Suppliers and Partners of the profession which, for
most, held a stand in the Stud farm of the Pine.
