The law on development and modernisation of tourist services notably reforms following tourist activities:

• The sale of trips and of stays,
• The transport of tourism with driver,
• The transport by vehicle motorised in two or three wheels (motorbike - taxi),
• The renting of rooms of guests or of furnishing of tourism,
• The marketing of caskets presents.

A new agency of tourist development of France, called Trump France is created. She will assure tourist promotion in France and the implementation of public policies in favour of tourism. It will be besides charged with the keeping of the register of registration of the operators of trips according to conditions to be fixed by decree.
The procedures of classification notably hotels and guests' rooms are changed by law.
Moreover, the commercial leases signed between the owners and the farmers of residences of tourism are fixed from now on for a minimal length of 9 years without possibility of radiation to the expiration of three-year period.
The application of several dispositions contained in this law is however subordinated to the publication of regulation texts.
